A window that brings order.
The sink faces the window. Keeping this area free of upper cabinets preserves the view and concentrates storage on either side.

THE IDEA
Bringing preparation, cooking and washing around an island while maintaining an open relationship with daylight and views.
A generous window organizes the work wall and brings light to the sink. The island combines preparation and cooking, while tall appliances are grouped to one side. Sand-colored fronts and pale stone form a continuous composition that lets the window take the lead.

MATERIAL / THE DESIGN
Warm-toned surfaces with dark pulls.
Mineral-looking island worktop and sides.
Upper display cabinets and under-counter lighting as accents.
The sink faces the window. Keeping this area free of upper cabinets preserves the view and concentrates storage on either side.
The central worktop incorporates the cooktop and leaves a preparation surface in front. Stone-clad ends give the volume a clear outline.
The oven and microwave are grouped in a side tower. At the opposite end, a secondary counter separates coffee preparation from the island.
