THE IDEA
The reorganization separates staff entrances from raw-material deliveries and finished-product dispatch. Hygiene checkpoints and cooking, cooling, production and packing areas structure the interior. Outside, a continuous facade brings together entrances and framed openings.

The renovation separates staff access from raw-material deliveries and finished-product dispatch. Employees pass through changing rooms and a hygiene checkpoint before entering production.
A transfer corridor connects cooking, cooling and production. Packing sits beside finished-product storage, making the workflow clear in the architectural plan.
Framed openings form part of a continuous envelope with a vertical rhythm. The portfolio combines a plan, elevations and visualizations of different facades to explain both the internal operation and outward presence of the plant in Montemorelos.
