THE IDEA
Three ways of living, one house.
A house and two independent lofts share a long site. The house opens onto a garden, pool and palapa, while a linear courtyard brings light into the bedrooms. An outdoor staircase and gallery give the lofts their own access.

01Sharing the site, preserving independence.
The program combines a ground-floor home with two upper-floor lofts. An outdoor staircase and gallery provide access to the lofts without crossing the house; each unit has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
02Light shapes life inside.
On a long site, a linear courtyard follows the bedrooms and brings daylight along the house. Shared living areas face the rear garden, where the pool and palapa extend domestic life outdoors.
03From layout to the meeting of materials.
The design development includes a 30-sheet set delivered in October 2026: plans, sections, finishes, glazing, joinery and building services coordination. Window studies address drainage and waterproofing; kitchen studies combine timber and LED lighting. The archive shows the six pages of this project included in the portfolio.
